Gourmet Restaurant What a magnificent cellar, exuding passion and respect for all these well-known and lesser-known winemakers, at prices that are, for the most part, unbeatable! It's also a reason to approach this sincere restaurant and share the enthusiasm of the owner, Thierry Jandard, who knows how to bring this rather easy-to-access place to life for locals and discerning travelers alike. The wine list stands out, as does the work of chef Nicolas Vernay, who offers a loyal cuisine in keeping with the spirit of the house: a good foie gras, very well-prepared sweetbreads, fillet of beef from the best sources, cooked exactly as it should be... Quite simply, it's a delight, with a promise to return for a bottle of your dreams...
