Gourmet Restaurant Charles Nallet, who has worked at 33 Cité, Richerences and Steff's, knows the codes and habits of this upper-class neighborhood. He adds to this his professionalism and network. People come to him for the discreet luxury that the Lyonnais are so fond of, the possibility of a private lounge, aperitif boards with caviar, bellota, truffles and a nice tin of sardines. You can extend your glasses of wine at the counter with friends, or friends of friends, and sit down to an almost anecdotal meal of truffle brouillade or veal chuck, despite the slightly sweet pepper sauce. A cellar suited to the occasion, with some fine Rhône Valley wines from Chapoutier.
