A few hundred meters from the freeway exit, in a pretty building, you can sample the Basque-Landes cuisine of a stable house with an efficient service: chipirons, veal sweetbreads, tripe and duck confit. The approach is standard, but the plates are well garnished, in this family atmosphere and under the watchful eye of the owner, who won't hesitate to tell you that you haven't eaten all the meat around the bone... and that it's a shame. Regional wine cellar.
