After the renovations, La Table d'Elise became "Élise, poisson et braise", an even more precise and direct way of defining this warm and welcoming place, which is also based on the fishmonger's shop, table and open kitchen, a sense of sharing, simplicity and quality. The result is a cuisine that's even closer to nature, with the know-how of a great chef, Alexandre Couillon, and his teams to work with fish that has just come out of the water.
