The place has a lot of charm, and offers a magnificent view over the valley from the gardens and courtyard terrace, bringing a real plus to the wine village in terms of hospitality, but also catering, with this fledgling table entrusted to young Belgian chef Arnaud Munster, seen in Top Chef season 15. For the moment, the menu is small, but already ambitious, with a 4- or 5-course seasonal menu (lunch or dinner) at €78 and €90, featuring scallops with Jerusalem artichoke mushrooms, a clever interpretation of chawanmushi, octopus and sea buckthorn, lamb with cucumber, mint and pistachio, and a dessert with porcini and pear that's just right for early autumn. The rooms are in the same spirit, spacious and luminous, to be combined with a relaxation and well-being stopover.
