Domaine Cazes' food and wine pairings work very well, giving us an up-to-date idea of the Catalan terroir, which has been widely acclaimed. On the menu: iced melon soup with Iberian ham crostini, roasted Catalan rock octopus with creamy artichokes and Camargue rice, Xaï lamb pastilla from the Pyrenees, polenta with piquillos and eggplant caviar, or chocolate-caramel crumble with caramelized hazelnuts.
