This is where Bertrand Larcher's great "Breizh" adventure began, combining his passion for Japanese cuisine with the development of creperies like no other. Galettes on the first floor, Japan on the second floor, with chef Raphaël Fumio Kudaka, a room like a private kaiseki, the finest products serving a unique €135 menu, evolving according to seasonal arrivals, clam and duck chawanmushi with dashi, langoustine salmon with strips of octopus and orange sand carrots, lobster and scallops with fish mousse and tofu... The stroll is precious, precise and, of course, exotic.
