It's one of the best addresses on the Place de la Victoire, tucked away in a corner, with a lovely terrace overlooking the cathedral! The beautiful volcanic stone building is the place for contemporary market cuisine, with popular recipes: vitello tonnato, mayonnaise, anchovy-lemon, fried capers, parsleyed pine nuts and shallots preserved in white wine, roast lean beef with pink berries, fish stock and razor clams, pigeon stuffed with chanterelles and parsley, garlic and bay leaf jus... Lunch menu €25.
