Gault&Millau's review 2026

In a small recess, one of the most endearing purely Niçoise restaurants. Tradition is still the order of the day, and the headless larks are renowned, along with lamb daube, veal poche de veau, petit farcis, pasta au pistou and cod à la niçoise. It's also a simple, sincere atmosphere for a no-frills meal in the heart of Old Nice.
