In the historic Rue Bourbonnoux, here's an address with a reputation (it was d'Antan Sancerrois for a long time) that's full of ideas, those of distinguished cuisine in a pretty setting conducive to romantic evenings. The short, well-executed menu is in a contemporary vein, featuring carefully selected products: cannelloni of poultry and foie gras, chestnut velouté and cardamom prune chutney; snacked scallops, morel mushrooms and hazelnuts; fillet of beef, bordelaise sauce and mushroom risotto; or mango velvet and creamy rice for a light, fresh finish. Well-stocked cellar with regional wines.
