On Rue des Maréchaux, where restaurants line the street almost side by side, this spot manages to stand out from the crowd. The chef offers simple, plant-forward cuisine. The streamlined menu features a €25 lunch set and a few dishes such as: zucchini waffles with Parmesan, served with smoked trout and a zesty lemon-dill cream; a lightly seared tuna steak served with bulgur flavored with candied lemon and fennel; for dessert, the lime and speculoos cheesecake, accented with a raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries, rounds out the meal on a refreshing note. The service is simple but friendly, and the small wine list includes a few organic bottles.
