Gault&Millau's review 2026

A welcoming address in the heart of the Dourbie valley, where you can enjoy both the bucolic setting and the chef's seasonal, bistronomic dishes. The know-how is there, and the moment is truly sweet, with this arbour so pleasant in summer, under which you can pick up a millefeuille of fresh goat's cheese, smoked salmon, creamy avocado, horseradish and green apple, before attacking the snacked prawns, avocado salsa and pistou sauce, the ballotine of poultry with ricotta and chorizo, black Camargue rice, bell pepper and piquillo coulis, and finally the café affogato. Pleasant service.
