Gault&Millau's review 2026

La Source is one of those generous establishments where you come as much for the food as for the setting, which here is particularly relaxing. The terrace, shaded by wisteria and overlooking the majestic park, is the perfect place to discover Mediterranean cuisine with its masterful combinations. Opening dishes include two-salmon cheesecake, semi-cooked foie gras and Iberian floating island. This is followed by medaillon d'épaule d'agneau confit, pavé de cabillaud rôti, risotto printanier and gambas snackées. Desserts extend the pleasure with strawberry-banana vacherin, gourmet praline barquette or warm dark chocolate mousse soup. Attentive, diligent service is the perfect accompaniment.
