Chef's Restaurant A true haven of peace in the Dourbie valley, ideal in summer with its large arbour and swimming pool, in the heart of a warm and intimate natural setting. Here, the chef takes advantage of a choice setting to showcase his ideas, a studied bistronomy where he plays on codes: an éclair with smoked salmon, tarama cream and fish roe, a filet of sea bream with chorizo cream, curcuma panisse with black olives and green beans, a seasonal risotto with peppers, soya beans, snow peas and parmesan shavings, half a duck breast and port sauce, a café affogato.
