Not far from the eponymous Source, in the heart of the Cusancin valley, Stéphane Turillon's restaurant is a rustic, regional meeting place that will delight those with a taste for Franche-Comté and simplicity. In a decor inspired by the countryside, with its pretty light wood, bucolic terrace in summer and mountain furniture, the address immediately places the emphasis on authenticity, which is confirmed by the recipes: a pretty forest crust, a beautiful trout in yellow wine, a local poultry.
