More contemporary dishes at decent prices include brioche with foie gras mi-cuit, pineau rouge de l'île de Ré jelly, Orloff-style cod, scamorza, spianata, asparagus risotto, salt-crusted lamb, fresh goat's cheese with rosemary and cauliflower crumble, vanilla flan and peanut caramel.
