Gourmet Restaurant The road of salt, but also of vines and good living at Marie Monmousseau's and the happy team of this convivial house. In summer under the trees and umbrellas, in winter in the warm and inviting dining room, guests gather around dishes that reflect the mood, the season and the region: pork rind terrine, foie gras, scallop quenelle, lamb shoulder confit, not forgetting Girardeau's pig's trotter. Laurent takes over for desserts, with a fine buckwheat apple tart or brownie. Good regional wine cellar.
