Gault&Millau's review 2025

An unassuming gray building for a sincere and unifying inn between Saint-Etienne and Montbrison. The Découverte menu, featuring local and international produce, is as much a family pleasure as it is an everyday one, for business or pleasure, even if some of the more convoluted dishes would benefit from a more natural approach: pannacotta with smoked bacon lentil gazpacho and caviar, duck fillet honey and zaatar cauliflower flan duck cannelloni confit Brussels sprouts, pressed caramelized apples chestnut fondant apple juice jelly rosemary ice cream. Good menus, Signature at €61, weekday lunch at €25
