This is one of the island's most popular addresses, because it's ideally located in the middle of the water, because it's a cabin with a picturesque atmosphere, and because Jean-Philippe cultivates local traditions; for a moment of strong authenticity, logically prized by customers in search of a change of scenery. It's an undeniably convivial moment, and in this very Olivetan atmosphere, the pleasures are experienced more intensely: mussel éclade, mouclade tourteau, seafood, galette charentaise. A warm welcome.
