Gault&Millau's review 2025

A neat, rustic setting for this safe bet in the south of the department, close to the coast. The tradi-bourgeois atmosphere envelops these dignified meals, with plates that are a little more elevated (the menus are called "Tentation", "Prestige" and "Fascination"), while displaying a certain savoir-faire: fresh goat's cheese cake, fig compote, hake back in nori, lemon-ginger foam, soba noodles with broad beans, carbonade of beef chuck confit with tandoori, gingerbread crouton, eggplant caviar, pomme Anna, in a well-composed €30 menu.
