Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's always a pleasure to return to this fine restaurant in the center of Dole, where Guillaume Geay serves traditional regional cuisine. It's consistent and well-crafted, with a cream of egg and green asparagus with parmesan shortbread, salmon pavé with lemon and white asparagus, duck filet and roast potato crumble with yellow wine sauce. Classic desserts. Daily menu at €22.
