The wine selection is indeed quite interesting and provides a serious reason to linger. The cuisine is sometimes a little formal, but also knows how to remain Corsican and rustic, with, for example, the large gourmet platter at €27, sautéed veal, brocciu omelette, figatelli or wood-fired lamb chops... In the glasses, Sant Armettu "Myrtus", "E Prove", Mariotti Bindi, Casa Guelfucci for the region.
