One of the prefecture's finest hotels****, La Réserve takes advantage of the exceptional setting of the former food store, built in the 16th century. Today, the tone is much more refined and modern, with seasonal cuisine of a high standard, adapted to an international and business clientele. On the €57 menu, fresh peas, fresh goat's cheese with fine herbs, crispy Lorraine bacon, slab of lean beef cooked on the skin, cooked and textured zucchini, matelote sauce, duck breast from the southwest, blueberry jus, crispy polenta with rosemary and summer vegetable stew, and apricot and basil marmalade, crispy honey and apricot sorbet. Good service.
