Located in the former 15th-century food storehouse, the 4-star hotel’s restaurant boasts one of the most beautiful settings in the prefecture, a remarkable hotel, and a splendid vaulted dining room. The large dining room with a terrace tastefully blends contemporary style with historic architecture, serving as the setting for respectable hotel cuisine. The dishes are fairly conventional and well-executed, featuring market-fresh and seasonal ingredients: a starter of sun-dried tomatoes, nectarine, burrata, and basil; pan-seared wild shrimp served with Sardinian fregola, chorizo, sun-dried tomatoes, peas, and bell pepper; and a hazelnut fondant with chocolate cream.
