Of yesterday and today, Samuel Millais's inn is a welcome junction between old stone and contemporary furniture, traditional products and graphic constructions, reviving the classics in a more recent era. Located not far from the Lac du Salagou, it has a good reputation in the heart of the département, for its salmon carpaccio, tomato gazpacho, linguine with clams, salmon pavé with Maroilles, and andouillette with mustard sauce. Good service.
