While Le Beaulieu has been gone since 2023, La Réserve survives well, continuing to offer the center of the prefecture one of its warmest addresses. Olivier Boussard has decided to focus on bistro-style cuisine with a convincing execution, immediate pleasures designed for sharing and evenings out with friends: rabbit terrine, Indian-style prawns, petit pot de rillettes du Mans, roasted scallops with Guérande fleur de sel, smoked salmon club sandwich, home fries and fried egg, sesame-cooked tuna tataki or mountain burger.
