Sponsored La Renaissance, an iconic Lourdes landmark since 1957, offers a fine bistronomic menu with specialties such as Pyrenean trout, charcuterie with Bigorre black pork, and the delicious Renaissance terrine with foie gras and prunes, the house signature. Here, short circuits are favored to guarantee the highest quality of taste, thanks to local seasonal produce. Evelyne Lucotte-Rougier, originally from Burgundy and President of the Adapei des Hautes-Pyrénées, will be delighted to welcome you with her committed and atypical team. Tasting takes place in a chic, refined atmosphere in the dining room, with original mirrors on the walls, or on the terrace facing the market square.
