For over 150 years, this establishment has delighted travelers with its period woodwork and local cuisine, offering a timeless experience. The table setting is in keeping with the setting, and the pleasures of the sea have their rightful place here. The €46 menu demonstrates this, with Norman oysters, a plate of smoked salmon, a generous trouvillais pot-au-feu, skate with hazelnut butter, veal kidneys flambéed in calvados, filet of beef béarnaise, and a fine mango tart with exotic coulis.
