Gault&Millau's review2025
A few steps among the pines lead you to this privileged spot, perched at the tip of the Benedettu peninsula, with breathtaking views over the beautifully laid-out terrace, the sandy beach and the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. An exclusive location for this restaurant linked to the 5-star hotel, and a Mediterranean cuisine that gives pride of place to fish and shellfish from the market, but also to spit-roasted dishes to sublimate Corsican veal or black angus entrecôte. Colorful appetizers and salads are followed by the famous fritto misto (crispy squid, prawns, red mullet, zucchini and tartar sauce), or a mix of grilled fish depending on the day's catch. Crispy sardines or linguine alle vongole can also seduce and precede a plate of Corsican cheeses or profiteroles.
