The Rennes skyline lights up in the vicinity of La Petite Ourse, and the work of Charlotte Brochard and Germain Caillet is having an effect: good vibes, delicious food without too many frills, with just the right taste and contemporary ideas: sea bass gravlax with raw cream and lettuce fondue, pork confit with red cabbage and kimchi juice, pavlova with mandarin orange and herb mousseline on a fine lunch menu at €28, with a few possible extras.
