A beautiful and pleasant novelty on the right track. In this jewel of a village, travelers now find a modern restaurant run by Olivier Cloteau, known from the Richelieu on the Ile de Ré, with the help of Xavier Taffart (L'Aquarelle, in Breuillet, 14.5/20). Beautiful dishes, ideas for highlighting local produce and the seasons, and a very good price-pleasure ratio with the hay-smoked cantal fritter, smoked trout ravioli and butternut squash velouté with citrus fruit, Salers beef a la plancha and truffade... Very good menus at €29 and €37 featuring dishes from the à la carte menu, and an attentive welcome from Caroline in the dining room.
