This roadside house has a good spirit: before the freeway, between Alençon and Le Mans, it was a ritual stopover. Today, chef Sébastien Plé's skill and know-how continue to attract the whole canton for a meal that goes well beyond a quick fix and deserves 1 toque: guinea fowl terrine with foie gras, crispy goat's cheese and eggplant caviar, filet mignon stuffed with apple and chestnut, thyme and honey sauce.
