The double play on words makes for a sign that puts you in a good mood, that of a gourmet food cellar and delicatessen, supplying both the solids (cheese, charcuterie, sandwiches, tortillas...) and the liquids extracted from a voluble cellar that loves good bottles shared with friends, with a pâté croûte or a good piece of goat's cheese. On the restaurant side of the menu, you'll find more elaborate dishes, such as "chine de porc chou-fleur topinambour, lapin en porchette endives et spaetzle aux épinards..." (pork chine with cauliflower and Jerusalem artichokes, rabbit porchette with endives and spinach spaetzle...)
