This table is an example of regional bistronomy that we salute, for its warm setting and the plates of produce that showcase it with appropriate research. A la carte dishes include duck raviole, Asian-style mushroom broth and foie gras crouton, Mediterranean line-cut loin, saffron-flavored vegetables, dill-cream fennel salad and bouchot mussels, sautéed pig filet mignon, bean stew with chorizo and mint, sweet and sour jus, and Basque cake with minty raspberry salad.
