Artisanal, generous and gourmet pizzas: since 2024, in the heart of Brax, this is what spouses and partners Clara Paiusco and Antoine Barbe have been offering. "I grew up in this village. I really wanted to come back and take over the old pizzeria," says Clara, a pizzaiola for over 10 years. Using Italian flours, she kneads her dough on site, leaving it to mature for 2-3 days. the menu features 21 delicious 31 cm pizzas, made with Italian products. You'll find the classics, but also an original creation according to the season: "Pizza of the month" (truffle, asparagus, beet...) is a great success. Spagna (chorizo), Parma (Parma ham) and Bellini (mozzarella.) These pizzas, priced from €12 to €15, can be ordered to take away, or enjoyed on the terrace from June to September. Also a pastry chef, Clara invites you to discover her desserts in verrines, from Tiramisu to Panna cotta and Banoffee.
