Sponsored Of Italian origin, Clara Paiusco grew up in Brax. After gaining experience in pastry-making, her first profession, she returned to her beloved commune in 2024. With her partner Antoine Barbe, she took over the pizzeria opposite the château. "I've been a pizza maker for over 10 years", she explains. Since then, she has put her know-how at the service of the inhabitants of the village and surrounding area. Using her own recipes, she offers 20 contemporary pizzas: "I work by hand with good Italian products", she continues. Her pizzas are homemade, and it shows: the dough, which she makes herself on the spot, is both crisp and soft. Clara also prepares a pizza of the month with original flavours: beet coulis, truffle, duck breast and figs... For dessert, she invites you to try her Tiramisù and, depending on the season, her Panna Cotta or her pear-caramel verrines. Craft beers and local or Italian wines complete this tempting offer. From spring onwards, takeaways can also be enjoyed on the terrace. A warm and friendly atmosphere.
