You don't choose La Pagode de Cos for the culinary experience, but above all for the exceptional setting in Paris. Tucked away in the heart of the La Réserve palace, just a few meters from the Champs-Élysées, the address impresses with its luxury and Second Empire decor, creating the atmosphere of a timeless private salon. The cuisine is straightforwardly in keeping with the great repertoire of Parisian cuisine, with reassuring dishes that don't take any risks or try anything new. Clearly the antechamber of Jérôme Banctel's Gabriel, this is a more accessible palace table where the plate accompanies the place without trying to surpass it, while enjoying the vintages of Cos d'Estournel, a true extension of the house.
