Gourmet Restaurant The former Schilling sowed Pagaille for our pleasure. Today, it's a prominent bistro in the midst of these graceless buildings, but the menu takes care to revive you with simple, even sketchy, but well-translated ideas: homemade panisses, planks, mayo egg, coconut-marinated chicken, octopus tentacle with Provençal purée, flame-roasted lamb chop with spiced roast juice, mango passion pavlova. Pleasant terrace, good regional wine cellar, almost all available by the glass.
