The restaurants are packed closely together along the pier, but La Musardière remains true to its principles and deserves its place on this list: meticulous preparation, a selection of high-quality products (open-sea oysters from Patrick Liron in Gouville, premium or rarer fish, a delightful seafood sauerkraut specialty, and a wide selection of desserts including pavlova, French toast with homemade salted caramel, or a Norwegian omelet flambéed with Grand Marnier. A great set menu for €34.
