You'll appreciate the regularity of the daily fare, including museau, homemade terrine, flamiche with maroilles made fresh on the spot, andouillette, carbonade, potjevleesch, filet américain, tripe... All the generosity and loyalty of the Nord region in a single house, right down to the cramique and profiteroles.
