Gourmet Restaurant Near the town hall, a beautiful, classic dining room, parquet flooring and wood panelling create a comforting atmosphere in which chef Rémi Lebouc's cuisine can be savoured as it should be, in complete tranquillity. Enjoy the eggplant pie stuffed with pork cheek confit and rosemary, or the roasted Arctic char with shellfish butter and gingerbread-infused crustacean civet sauce; the desserts are also the fruit of inventive compositions, and the wine list honors tradition, as does the impeccable service.
