Gourmet Restaurant La Marine in Groix is an institution in the hotel and restaurant business, even though the two are separate entities. A wise, traditional ambience, a beautiful view and cuisine refined by Ywann Beurné, son of the chef of L'Amphitryon in Lorient, who of course oversees the smooth running of the establishment, with his partner in charge of the dining room. Fresh produce, good taste and a classic background: tuna carpaccio with aromatic oil and miso, guinea fowl supreme with green asparagus and echalion confit, lemon panna cotta with passion fruit coulis for a sequence around €40. Wine selection from all regions, with a good choice by the glass.
