In the center of Groix, La Marine is a veritable institution, as much for its hostelry as for its cuisine. Today, the restaurant is run by Olivier Beurné (Château de Locguénolé, L'Amphitryon in Lorient), who offers a range of seasonal dishes: white asparagus, burnt mackerel, horseradish and tangy virgin vegetables, brill fillet, risotto-style celeriac and old parmesan, caramelized veal sweetbread and roast juice, a dessert of cocoa leaves, tonka caramel, pistachio ice cream and vanilla milk foam. Menus from €26 to €90.
