Gourmet Restaurant Cuisine driven by a passion for spices inspires the name of this neighborhood bistro. Chef Antoine Leprince brings a real identity to the menu and, despite a very short menu, the weekly menu always surprises with its well-balanced flavors and original combinations, such as the green shiso syrup and balsamic vinegar that coats the seasonal fruit pavlova. Before that, the perfect egg and its sweet potato velouté or the Angus beef carpaccio, veal Marengo or squab are enveloped in sweet, spicy flavors skilfully orchestrated. A wine list with several "coups de cœur" and a good opportunity to indulge your passion for mocktails, based on in-house fermentations.
