Chef's Restaurant Practically on the shores of Lac de Madine, Quentin Pierre, winner of last year's Gault&Millau award, follows his original path towards the truth of terroir and product. This virtuous quest has brought him into contact with quality producers, all of whom are associated with the chef's approach, who brings his creativity and know-how to tasty dishes: organic egg with oyster mushroom cream and tarragon oil, roasted celery with smoked creamy shallot condiment, pike-perch carrots with pumpkin ketchup, baba amaretto-style madeleine with bitter almond ice cream in an excellent "Partie de campagne" menu at €49. And Meuse wines take pride of place, alongside others from Lorraine and Alsace.
