It's so good to be welcomed at Maison Oppoca, especially on the terrace when the weather's fine, to savor these well-crafted Basque recipes based on products that showcase the richness of the terroir! Here, the food is warm and sincere, the atmosphere is friendly and respectful, and the right balance is maintained, within a well-controlled and respectful budget: old-fashioned colored tomatoes, Italian burrata and red pistou, Axuria veal axoa, pommes grenailles, chocolate finger, caramel, peanut and ice cream.
