Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the Vannes countryside, a beautiful Breton house decorated with care and contemporary taste. The space is pleasant and luminous, and the chef works with local products to perfection on traditional local recipes (chuck terrine, rabbit back with mustard) in a very good "Terroir" menu at under €30, adding a good "menu d'ailleurs" at €38. Smiling welcome, attentive service and a varied cellar, with a choice of wines by the glass.
