You'll never hesitate to make the journey to get here, in the middle of nowhere, where no one is here by chance. Situated between Vannes, Redon and Ploërmel, Davy Larzillière's contemporary home is well worth the trip, for its fine country-style cuisine, with its emphasis on short circuits and seasonal produce. You'll discover a generous vision of French tradition, with eggs meurette, pollack with Brocéliande saffron, monochrome vegetables with wild garlic and aurora sauce, cocoa-crusted Breton veal fillet, green asparagus, wild garlic and veal jus reduction, and oriental-style chocolate mousse. Attentive staff.
