Petit Pierre is a big success every season, in his beautiful house on the outskirts of the town center, with formulas that at least tell the truth ("I do what I want" and "Shut up and let me do it" menus) instead of taking refuge in "immersive experience" and other nonsense. Yes, he does what he wants, and customers come back for more, because the manner is professional and skilful, and the prices friendly for as much pleasure: with the mise en bouche, starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €46, the price-pleasure ratio is indisputable.
