It's a beautiful alpine house, with all the charm of the mountains, under the direction of Pierre Carrier and architect Bernard Ferrari. With its beautiful fireplace, meticulous woodwork, old oil lamps and traditional, family-style feel, it's a perfect example of this. Cédric Nogueira brings to life the region's great classics: homemade boudin and carti à la chirve, Savoyard fondue, spit-roasted rack of lamb, pôchouse du Léman and crayfish... A warm atmosphere.
