A popular address for Grenoble residents, whether for lunch with colleagues, dinner with family or friends. The setting is chic and relaxed, and the terrace overlooking the square invites you to sample the cuisine of Florian Poyet, who works with mainly local produce: poultry from the Trièves, rabbit from Vif.. Particular care is taken in the preparation of the dishes, such as the perfect buttered spinach egg, baby greens coulis and meat jus, or the roasted (and slightly cooked) Mediterranean hake, cockles in smoked oil, broccoli and cima di rapa, capers and preserved lemon. The cellar offers both accessible wines and more elitist crus (Romanée Conti...), and the service is pleasantly slow.
