A 3* hotel emblematic of the region, La Huchette is a story begun in the 1950s by Yolande Gualdieri and perpetuated today by the Goiffon couple, former owners of La Marelle in Péronnas. Grand de demain in 2011, Didier Goiffon has been bringing his relay experience to life here since 2018, with a well-appointed and well-decorated place, in a contemporary yet classic style, which elegantly announces the chef's seasonal proposals. From €25 to €150 for nine courses, the menus express mastery and research, a charolais boucané with rosemary and smoked beet, Bresse cream and horseradish, beef fat fritas, the beautiful organic egg and foam, cereal galette, pumpkin pulp, cumin/peanuts, a filet of red mullet a la plancha, cima di rapa and cephalopods, woodcock jus, a beautiful braised veal chuck, autumn vegetables, tuberous parsley pulp, emulsion, a dessert of semi-confit Corsican clementine, stuffed with a green tea brûlée, zest soufflé crepe and sorbet.
