Gault&Millau's review 2026

The fashionable rooftop that all Annéciens must know, the large terrace with panoramic views extending from the contemporary dining room. Jean-Baptiste is in the kitchen, Maxime in the dining room, and the tandem has found a perfect match to offer creative bistronomic cuisine in a relaxed yet connoisseur atmosphere. The products are noble and well prepared: plancha scallops, roots and saffron foam or Pornic pigeon, pink wing, confit leg, pepper sauce. Perfectly cooked, with seasonal accompaniments and carefully presented plates. Good service, dynamic and smiling, with a special mention for Maxime who shares his favorites and finds from the cellar. The bill remains contained for a quality meal full of attention.
