A fine interpretation of Alsatian tradition, in keeping with the village's jewel-like setting. Francis Becker works his terroir with care, adding here and there a few touches of his own: cocotte of hot sesame-crusted munster, trout paupiettes stuffed with crayfish and salmon trout, boneless rabbit back stuffed with candied apricots and lentils, not forgetting the justly renowned choucroute or baeckeoffe. Classic desserts, good local fare at €26.80.
