Chef's Restaurant In this peaceful setting, with its pleasant veranda opening onto a mini-garden, chef Marc Duval concocts bourgeois cuisine based on quality products. He doesn't chase the latest trends, but focuses on pleasing his loyal clientele. While the prices of à la carte dishes soar (from €170 to €200), the Découverte and Plaisir menus will let you discover this classic cuisine for less. Risotto-style calamari with crispy quinoa and sprout salad sets the tone, while haddock and endive flakes are accompanied by a Crécy jus and garnish. Stuffed guinea fowl pavé with a yellow wine jus is accompanied by root vegetables before an apple-vanilla millefeuille with lemon verbena ice cream. A very classic wine list, but well suited to the demand.
