On the way to Ax-les-Thermes, we stop off at Raphaël's to enjoy the friendly, eminently Ariège atmosphere, a concentration of good humor and gourmet goodness, which explains the reputation of the place. In this stable with its timeless country charm, hams are obviously at the heart of the matter, in generous charcuterie boards, formidable duck hams and many others, which are happily accompanied by a well-chosen glass of white wine. Fair prices.
